Your role:

• Collaborate with developers to gather and analyze user requirements. 
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visually communicate design ideas. 
• Design UI elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets. 
• Create page navigation buttons and search fields for seamless user interaction. 
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance. 
• Produce original graphics, including images, sketches, and tables. 
• Present draft designs to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback. 
• Identify and address UX issues, like responsiveness and usability. 
• Make layout adjustments based on user feedback to improve user experience. 
• Ensure consistency with style standards, including fonts, colors, and imagery. 

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.  
• 3+ years' experience in a UI/UX or graphic design role. 
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software. 
• Strong skills in communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and overall design. 
• Effective time management to handle multiple projects and meet various deadlines. 
• Creative mindset, capable of bringing designs to life from simple instructions. 
• Positive “Can Do” attitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools to enhance project outcomes.
