Description

Core Devs Ltd. is hiring a Blockchain & Backend Developer to build smart contract-driven systems, DEX/CEX trading bots, and automated backend logic.
You’ll be responsible for backend architecture and blockchain communication using Node.js, Express.js, and Web3.js.

We’re looking for someone who can adapt fast, communicate clearly, respect deadlines and teammates, and is willing to learn advanced blockchain and trading automation concepts through real project exposure.

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiar with Solidity and EVM-based smart contracts.
• Understands REST APIs, JSON-RPC, and blockchain transaction flow.
• Open to exploring trading systems, MEV concepts, or cross-chain communication.
• Values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Experience Level

1–2 years of hands-on experience in backend or blockchain development.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend APIs using Node.js + Express.js for automation and trading logic.
• Write and deploy Solidity contracts for tokens, staking, or arbitrage functions.
• Integrate blockchain transactions and events using Web3.js/Ethers.js.
• Design and maintain MongoDB schemas and database logic.
• Manage real-time WebSocket connections for live trade or event updates.
• Test, debug, and document code for reliability and clarity.
• Provide hourly estimations for all assigned tasks and report updates to the project manager.
• Collaborate with frontend and AI developers to integrate smart contract data into user-facing systems.
• Keep learning new DEX protocols, DeFi trends, or toolkits as project needs evolve.
• Maintain mutual respect, professionalism, and meet every deadline as committed.
